Cursed Pirate King - old work redraw

Personal project - a redraw for my old art from 2015. As you can see, there wasn't much to work with, so I tried to squeeze out of the old concept as much as I coud.
This is a cursed pirate king, he's a walking ship himself: he controls cannonballs and wields an anchor sword, that has souls of his crew members entrapped in.
